Measurement discipline meets end-to-end engineering.

Nedim co-founded Ethosoft and leads its technology direction as CTO. His research practice is centered on separating genuine model capability from artifacts introduced by data ordering, evaluation design, compute allocation, or safety integration. He favors preregistration, multi-seed experiments, negative-result reporting, and reproducibility packages that make both successful and failed claims inspectable.

  • EpiLang — project lead on endpoint-induced collapse and memorization without systematic rule generalization in a controlled modulo-11 task.
  • Testing Surprisal as a Compute-Allocation Signal — a preregistered long-horizon study separating routing mechanisms and reporting a null endpoint result.
  • Mycelium — project lead on counterfactual removal tests for whether language-model safety mechanisms are behaviorally load-bearing; its IEEE TDSC manuscript is under review.
  • NEDOQwen and Foresight — contributor to Turkish language-model evaluation, tokenizer auditing, benchmark diagnosis, and calibration-gap research.
  • UGTC and delayed-neural-network stability — accepted-work and working research directions on uncertainty-gated actor-critic estimation and GPU stability atlases for sensor-driven systems.
